Live cost and Excel

Watch the estimated total change as you design, then export the RAB to Excel with REKAP, AHS and volumes, linked by formulas.

From model to RAB, priced for your city.

Dirory measures what you modelled and prices it with Kemen PU's unit-price analyses (AHSP, SE Dirjen Bina Konstruksi 2025-2026). The result is laid out the way Indonesian estimators work, ready to check and send.
